Slow death by choice

Consumption of tobacco in any form advances one's death. Beware of its ill effects.

Tobacco was discovered by Spanish sailors on American shores. Since its discovery, the epidemic of smoking has continued to spread all over the world. Tobacco use kills an estimated 4.9 million people each year, and this toll is expected to double in the next 20 years. Going by current rates, the total number of tobacco users is expected to rise to 1.7 billion by 2025 from the present 1.3 billion. Every 6.5 seconds, one person dies and many others fall ill or suffer disease and disability due to tobacco use. Tobacco is the fourth most common risk factor for disease worldwide.

Passive smoking is the breathing in of air that has been polluted by other people's smoke.

Most people try to quit smoking several times before they're successful. However, only 2.5% of smokers successfully quit each year. For the rest… it is a story of slow death by choice.

Average your loss in return

Many people who are investing in secondary market make loss than profit because they forget to make average of their loss. First of all we need to learn how to average the loss. For example, if you invested one fifty thousand rupees and bought an 'x' company shares for 500rupees/share then you will have 100 shares. If market crashes and your stock comes to rupees300 then your value comes to 30000rupees at this point you need to make average of your loss (i.e) make another investment when this stock comes nearby 350 or 400 rupees likewise and buy same quantity in this case 100shares. Now when the stock comes back to your previous value (i.e) 500rupees sell all your shares and you can book 10000rupees profit.

Weight gain

We tend to indulge ourselves during holidays. Here are a few tips to ensure that you enjoy your holidays while still keeping a watch on your waistline.

Holidays are not only synonymous with long lines, heavy traffic, favourite movies and TV watching but also with extremely rich foods, overindulgence and lower activity levels.
The latter adds up and becomes part of what we all dread - 'Holiday Weight Gain'. During holidays, people are more prone to eat high-fat, high-calorie foods that they might not choose otherwise.
In addition to this, we are all genetically coded to eat more when there is an abundance of food in front of us. This promoted survival in our ancestors, but in modern times, we need to modify this code and be cautious to back off a bit. Holiday weight gain happens to almost everyone.

So beware on your holidays as your summer holidays approaches...

When is the time to invest in secondary market?

We all know that market are bullish some times and bearish sometimes. Most people are buying stocks when markets is moving up or at higher prices that is near 52 weeks high and they keep on waiting till their price comes which takes such a long time and most people lose their hope and sell for loss. From my point of view the right time to buy is when the market is bearish so that the stocks prices crashes to an extent and also we need to buy an considerable quantity so that we can book profit when index recovers atleast 50 points. So enter the market wen it is bearish. So try this and get benefited.
